If you are serious about your training, fitness, health, or well being, then you have arrived!! See.....once you progress past the "health club" or "beginer" level of your journey, there is no one there to help you....because you just aren't worth the trouble if you happen to be serious.......The fact is, most fittness centers, studios, and family "fun" centers dont really give two cents about your progress or happiness!! In fact, when i was working for a "local" family club, they taught us to sell based on "failure system"...that is, the customers "failure to show up and work out, is our success in the gym business)...we were taught to sell, sell, sell...the more they looked like they would never work out the better!!....

WHY??  Because the reality is, its easier to sign someone up for a CONTRACT and just keep taking their money when they dont show up and you DONT have to offer any services.....Lets look at the national FACTS!

1. ONLY 12% of a gyms actual customer base acutally show up to work out on a monthly basis....(our attendance rate is actually TRIPLE that of the "normal"  gym)..

2. 90% of gyms REQUIRE that you sign a 1 year or more contract, so that they can collect from you EVEN if you dont or cant work out.

3. Training, Classes, and other "OPTIONAL" services make up 40% or MORE of a traditional gyms income!

See...look at the BIG picture and you will see.....most gyms just want you to FAIL and to continue to take your money! Go into most ANY gym and ask the head trainer for FREE advice and see where that gets you...let alone the HEAD trainer most likely has a "house" certification, or an "On-line" print and frame credential!..
